Chhavi is a Registered Associate Nutritionist and chef who has also worked within a clinical nutrition capacity. She shares not only her professional, qualified perspective on Nutrition and diets but also her own experience of having a rheumatic condition. This is part one of a two part series – in it, we talk around the Anti-inflammatory diet, what a ‘healthy diet’ looks like and tips for the challenges of eating well when you live with a chronic condition like arthritis.
