Young Adult Arthritis podcast series now published

This podcast series is aimed at providing useful information too young adults with rheumatology conditions and one podcast specifically for pregnancy planning.  In the first and second episode, Mel Brooke, Patient and Public Engagement Programme Director (BIRD) talks with rheumatology experts and specialist nurses about the process of transitioning from paediatric to adult rheumatology care and how a special clinic for young adults set up at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Bath helps with that process.
